Freshly roasted coffee emits up to 6 times of its volume as roasting gases, causing the package to inflate or even burst. The “aromafin” valve protects against overpressure in gastight packages and eliminates the need for the interim storage of freshly roasted coffee. The reduced contact with oxygen secures the coffee aroma. With the “aromafin” Coffee can be packaged right after the roasting process and the package will keep its desired shape. Bosch aroma protection valves are barely visible, reliable, and are food save. The valves are attached to the inside or the outside of the packaging by a process-reliable valve applicator. neutrafill
The “neutrafill” method is a proven and economical method for protecting oxygen sensitive products. The oxygen contained in the package is displaced by inert gas. Due to the minimal residual oxygen values the product quality is guaranteed. Can be combined with “aromafin”.
vacufin
The product protection system “vacufin” minimizes the amount of oxygen in the package and lengthens the shelf life of the product. In the vacuum chamber air is evacuated from the package up to 100 mbar. The “vacufin” technology leaves a minimal amount of oxygen in the package at a high performance. The product is economically packaged, keeps its form, and therefore remains easy to handel. The vacuum pack also creates a tamper-evident package. Can be combined with “aromafin.”
neutravac
For format flexible machines “neutravac” technology creates an unrivalled, low oxygen level. The inert gas displacing system “neutrafill” is combined with a format flexible head vacuum. Can be combined with “aromafin.”
