- Plastic containers are sterilised in upside-down position in several parallel rows
- Sterilisation is effected by flushing the bottles, inside and outside, with an H2O2 mixture and subsequent drying by sterile air
- resulting in a high sterilization rate and positive removal of the Sterilising agent
- The machine output is 6,000 bottles per hour depending on filling volume
- The oxygen percentage in the headspace can be decreased by application of steam or gas flushing
