Overview
The GKF 2500 ASB 100% is equipped with an integrated checkweigher. Each capsule is weighed individually and with high precision. Only the capsules with weights within the preset tolerance limits are accepted. Any overweight or underweight capsules are rejected. In addition, the tamping pin pressure is automatically regulated by an integrated weight readjusting control system with a pneumatic adjuster. In this way it is ensured that the dosing weight remains within the required tolerance limits throughout the production process. With easy to learn Windows-based software the production process can be completely documented. The automatic troubleshooting througout production (ASB) makes automated production possible and reduces downtimes.
