The new SmartWallet was designed to make Wallet Packaging easier. A smaller required investment budget, higher flexibility and equipment that fits your existing factory reduce the entry barrier into Wallet Packaging. With SmartWallet, your walleting machine is just like any cartoning machine in your factory. Indeed, it is a cartoning machine and can make both, wallets and folding boxes.

Blister walleting line
SmartWallet can be produced on Bosch horizontal cartoners, intermittent or continuous motion, equipped with a few special modules. And this does not exclude these cartoners for their original purpose, packaging of blisters into folding boxes. For example, the CUT120 SW can be installed with a manual blister magazine to package batches of blister bulkware and in between batches of wallets. It can also be used in blister lines, optionally for wallets and folding boxes.With a continuous motion cartoning machine, production speed of up to 300 wallets is possible. Like with the intermittent motion options, the cartoning machine or the whole blister line can be flexibly utilized for wallets and folding boxes by simply changing a few modules. And this also applies for different SmartWallet variations.

Patient information – booklet or leaflet – on the inner wallet part, side-by-side with the blister. The patient information can be pre-configured or attached in the cartoning machine.

Tamper evidence and re-closability
Tamper evidence and re-closeability are standard features of SmartWallet, with the tamper evidence achieved by a few firm glue points on the opening flap, and the re-closeability achieved by a strip of special glue on the same flap.Other solutions, such as tuck-in mechanisms or self-adhesive strips, can be implemented as well.
