Overview
The FLS is a trendsetter, conceived with leading edge technology - specifically for the growing market of disposable syringes:
Along with advanced technology, flexibility, configurability and short delivery time, the FLS offers an excellent cost-performance ratio. During the development of the FLS, the 3D models were run on a 3D design simulator.This included all of the new innovative design aspects that were specifically designed for the FLS. Since nearly all possible combinations and variations were simulated on the computer before machine production, measurable customer benefits are maximized while risks and delivery times are minimized

The FLS continues in the successful tradition of the MLD:
- Slim design, user-friendly, perfect for isolator technology
- Precise, continuous conveying system without additional centering and with the fewest number of transitions
- Outstanding suitability for syringe processing, particularly for plastic syringes
- All movements are servo-controlled. The standard control system is the PC-based Bosch Packaging Control
- Large size range up to 30 mm Ø
- Easy and fast size changeover by means of push-fit size parts
- Bosch Clean Feed for gentle feed of stoppers and tip caps into the orienting bowl
