Facts
The sweets are fed continuous out of a supply hopper with a large capacity over a jog feed chute to the rotating dosing plate. The rated flow of the jog chute is automatically adjusted to the machine output. The drive for the sorting brushes is provided from the chain drive of the plate drive. In this way the brush speed is adjusted to the machine speed. Sweet-shaped cut outs in the edge zone of the dosing plate singularize the sweets.
- Tangential transfer of the sweets into the transportation chain, with which they are lead to the sealing station
- The loading plate and feed chain can be disconnected
- Transportation chain in Duplex configuration
The draw-off roller pulls of the packaging material from the supply reel and forms it to a tube in the forming station. This encloses the filled product. Brake engagement for the supply reel is controlled by the packaging material rocker. The draw-off roller speed is controlled by a separate drive so that the print format always lays centrally on the sweet. In the longitudinal sealing station the longitudinal seam is formed by two rotating pairs of sealing rollers. Rotating pairs of sealing rollers in the next station make the cross seals.
