Overview
Different versions of the system have been successfully installed in various areas. You can react to market requirements flexibly, quickly and economically with the Gravomat. The weighing-in of individual components in the weighing container is one of the basic functions. This is carried out using the programmable dosing control basic functions: free-flowing products are dosed via vibrator feeders or feed/dosing augers, and liquids via valve or pumps. Other dosing units can also be used depending on the product properties.

Constructional design
The Gravomat was designed to be integrated flexibly and easily into existing production installations of a wide range of sectors. This is a particular advantage when it is installed as the central dosing and mixing station. The weighing container is mounted to a frame at three points using 3 DMS weighing cells. The individual weighing measuring element is a measurement spring made out of highly-annealed steel with a strain gauge (DMS). A housing (metal expansion joint) hermetically seals the measuring element outwards. The frame, upon which connectors for dosing components can simultaneously be installed, is connected to the base frame.
