Facts
The batch processing sugar-pulling machine is loaded with a pretempered sugar batch with the pulling head raised. The retaining mandrel is lowered into the pulling table when the pulling head is in the raised position in order to ease the loading and unloading process. The pulling head is lowered to the working level and the retaining mandrel is simultaneously moved out for the pulling process. The protective cover connected to the pulling head is equipped with all-around safety contact strips so that the operating personnel can work unendangered.
The pulling arms can only be set into operation after the working room has been completely screened. After the working level has been reached and the protective cover is in position the pulling arms start to rotate at a slow speed. The desired reference speed for the actual pulling process is automatically activated after a predefinable startup time.
