Overview
The BVK 0030 E Miniwrap is a small vertical form, fill and seal machine with automatic reel change without a machine stop. It is impressive with an output of up to 1600 packages per minute.

Facts
Method of operation at a glance:
- Provision of the product in a supply hopper with a large capacity
- From there automatically regulated charging of the dosing plate by a jog feed chute
- Maximisation of the filling level of the dosing pockets can be carried out by individually driven, regulatable sorting brushes
- Transfer of the product into the transportation chain is carried out tangentially
- Parallel to this the packaging material is fed by a draw-off roller regulated by print registration marks
- The foil tube is formed in the forming station (forming shoe)
- Sweets are transferred by the transportation chain into the packaging material
- Afterwards the packaging material tube is sealed longitudinally by two pairs of sealing rollers with an adjustable sealing pressure, the longitudinal seam is folded over, serrated or plain cross seals are formed and the packages are detached by a plain or zigzag cut
