Processing of ampoules / ampoules and injection bottles

The manufacturing process for ampoules or combined processing of ampoules and injection bottles typically begins with a compact system. Ampoule compact systems are finished using sterile room equipment (on-site sterile room) or with the innovative isolator technology (machine sterile room). The containers are checked, labelled and end-packaged on subsequent machines. Bosch provides an individually configurable range of machinery for these applications for maximum production capacities of up to 27,000 ampoules per hour.
Processing steps at a glance:

Cleaning: reliable internal and external cleaning with the washing machinesRRU or RRN.

Sterilisation: drying and sterilising tunnelHQL for sterilisation and depyprogenation by the laminar flow principle. At the outfeed end the containers are transferred in batches on to the infeed belt of the filling and sealing machine.

Filling and sealing of:
