Processing of cartridges

The manufacturing process for cartridges bottles typically begins with a compact system. This consists of a washing machine, a drying and sterilising tunnel, a filling and sealing machine, an overseal capping machine as well as a system for traying-off the cartridges. Compact systems for cartridges are finished using sterile room equipment (on-site sterile room) or in the innovative isolator technology (machine sterile room). The containers are checked, labelled and end-packaged on subsequent machines. Bosch provides an individually configurable range of machinery for this application for maximum production capacities of up to 36,000 cartridges per hour.
Processing steps at a glance:

Cleaning:
washing machine
RRU for reliable internal and external cleaning.

Sterilisation: drying and sterilising tunnelHQL for sterilisation by the laminar flow principle. At the outfeed end the containers are transferred in batches on to the infeed belt of the subsequent machine.

Filling and pressing in stoppers: Fill bubble-free, press in stoppers and overseal caps as well as tray off in batches at the filling and sealing machineMLD.
This machine is available for installation in free sterile room or isolator technology.
