This documentation is supplied upon request and is individually optimised for each customer and each machine that is sold. Bosch starts with DQV as early as when the system is still being assembled. Costs for system validation and process qualification are reduced considerably with Bosch DQV. For this purpose it is necessary to have the paper version of the DQV that contains the original signatures of those people who were responsible for carrying out the tests. However, an order can be placed for the electronic version in PDF size on CD-ROM in order to simplify handling.
Some of the data below is contained in the version-controlled DQV together with an extensive quantity of other information:
  • Remarks on relevant guidelines and technical standards
  • Sensor/actuator plan with the precise locations of sensors and actuators
  • Description of setting values for electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Layout of the measuring circuit to be calibrated
  • RI flowcharts
  • Data sheets for all process-critical components
  • Detailed documentation for the PLC program
  • List of PLC and PC fault messages and functions
  • Method and documentation of PLC and PC tests
