The cabling between binary and analogue PLC inputs and outputs including connected devices are tested for GMP-compliance and documented manually on special forms. Tests are completed in accordance with Bosch SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures). Differences between requirements and the actual construction are recorded on a deviation sheet. A deviation procedure is carried out if there are differences.
