Efficiency
From commissioning your System and after an initial training of your employees, your equipment will run at highest efficiency. However, after a certain time a drop in performance - e.g. as a result of staff changes - often occurs.
That's where the CBT comes in. Now it is time to brush up and bring back knowledge to mind and efficiency back to the maximum. Now it is time for CBT.
