Overview
The TrayDenester LTE is a higly flexible machine for denesting stacked containers and plastic trays, which are fed into a robotic line, e.g. a MonoPacker LDM or AssortmentPacker LDA. A robotic gripper takes the trays out of the magazine and accurately places them in the programmed configuration onto the transport belt
or into the transport chain. The adaptation of the container flow is fully automatically controlled relative to the product rate.

Products and pack styles
The TrayDenester can handle all common container sizes, shapes and colours. Moreover, the special design of the separating mechanism allows denesting of exceptional shapes, like roundor heartshaped containers. High flexibility in respect of pack style is ensured through free programmed placing, e.g. for on-pile or onedge loading of products.
Construction and design
The essential aim for the development was to maximize availability. This aim is realised through the reliable operation of the separating mechanism, quick and easy format changes and fast removal of interruptions through good accessibility and system overview. The modular and compact design allows a simple and individual integration
in an existing or future production process.

Function description
The TrayDenester is operated either through the central colour touch screen of the robotic line, or through a separate panel. Format changes are easily and quickly carried out as all the formats to be produced are stored in the form of «recipes». Basically, the replacement of mechanical size parts is carried out without using any special tools.
