To be able to produce your packaging in future with the new Pull Pack principle, there is no need to change your existing packaging solution. The Pull Pack is just an expansion and can be integrated into your Sigpack packaging line as a finished module with little effort.

Your tubular film is perforated at the right point in the Pull Pack module and the perforation is sealed and secured by a V-shaped fold – similar to a rotating cross-sealing on a horizontal pillow pack machine. This allows production speeds with cold sealing film of up to 80 m/min and 800 packages per minute with the Pull Pack principle.
