Two or even three slices of Classic Rusk or Crisp bread are fed, standing on edge, manually on the vibratory feeder by an operator. By vibrating, the slices are transported to the chute feeder. This chute feeder takes over the slices and brings them in horizontal position. The pusher pin of the infeed chain takes out the requested number of slices and is carrying the pile forward into the flow wrapping machine. Because of the wide range of different products to wrap, a machine in a most flexible execution is required.

To obtain a maximum flexibility for the future the vibratory feeder is executed in a wide execution. That means that two feeding lanes can be added to the frame of the feeder. For other formats, the chute feeder is built in an adjustable execution. Adjusting height, width and length is possible even during production. For higher capacities the infeed table of the wrapping machine is prepared for mounting another two chute feeders. The extended infeed table in extended execution gives the possibility to wrap another range of products like Pretzel and Flutes which are fed manually.
Furthermore, the fully servo driven wrapping machine is executed with pneumatic reel holders, an automatic film tracking system for easy operation, an adjustable folding box for high flexibility and of course, typical servo features, like 'no product - no bag' and 'no gap - no seal' are standard on this machine. For this machine there is crumb discharge on several places and trays to collect crumbs.
The control system is the proven Tevopharm PLF2005 control system for easiest operation and maximum stability. For this machine it is executed with the possibility of adding a product countering system in future.

This Pack-200 flow wrapper is not a machine in the ordinary sense of the word. This machine fulfils the customer’s requirement concerning products and packaging style. In combination with vibratory feeder and chute feeder, Tevopharm has built a special solution for a special application.
