The products, hard caramel round candies, are taken over by an infeed funnel. An inclining conveyor which is equipped with carriers in order to take out the candies out of the funnel takes them to a higher level. After they reached the higher level, a dribble board divides the candies into seven narrow product streams. The following conveyor belts are equipped with sets of pivoting infeed blades for equal distribution to seven candy wrappers and one standby wrapper. The first two sets are equipped with seven blades. Each following set is equipped with one blade less. The last set consists of only one blade, but is placed over two lanes instead of one.

Each wrapper will be fed by one set of pivoting infeed blades. If one of the seven wrappers is not able to receive products, the distribution system will switch in such a way that the standby wrapper will be fed with candies. If more then one wrapper is not able to receive products then one or more streams will be transferred to the re-feeding conveyor system at the end of the supplying conveyors. This re-feeding conveyor system brings the candies back to the beginning infeed funnel, in order to get them back on the supplying conveyors.
With this sophisticated system and special functions on each wrapper, e.g. splicer, reject system for spliced wraps and ejecting empty wraps, Tevopharm achieved a highly efficient system according to the wishes of the customer.
