Blister technology represents packaging of single doses under extremely high performance requirements. Mono-foils or combination of foils protect the product efficiently against damages during transportation on its way to the consumer.
Security for this regard is only guaranteed by efficient sealing of upper and lower foils under defined temperature, pressure, and the adequate speed.
Capsule filling technology requires high degree of precision for dosage of powder, pellets, or micro-tablets. Subsequently, weighing processes require constantly high and precise performance by In-Process-Control (IPC) systems.
